Dolce & Gabbana Platform Cake Shoes

We've always been told not to play with our food, but Dolce & Gabbana's never been one to follow rules! For spring the label toyed with pepper prints, macaroni bracelets and now these confectionary heels. It's a fitting inspiration, since great shoes complete an outfit much like dessert does a delicious meal. Were I to pair these sweet, ceramic delights with a minimalist cocktail dress, they'd be the icing on the cake.
